Property: Ready property by installing key box, set schedule for showings and arrange property repairs. Install street sign and flyer box.
Tenants: Brokers sets appointments and shows property to prospective tenants. He "runs" applications, credit and criminal background checks. Broker also interviews applicants, reviews applicants with owners, prepares and signs leases. He also organize rent schedule, collects first month's rent and security deposit and verifies utilities name change.
Fees
Owner's cost is one month rent of initial signed lease, paid upon lease-up.
